Gradeio is an AI-powered grading tool for Irish Leaving Certificate examinations, operated from Ireland. Our service is available at gradeio.ie.

2. Governing law

These legal notices and all agreements between Gradeio and its users are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence give you additional rights.

3. Intellectual property

All content, design, source code, and trademarks on gradeio.ie are owned by or licensed to Gradeio unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.

Official Leaving Certificate marking schemes remain the intellectual property of the State Examinations Commission (SEC). Gradeio references these materials under fair use principles solely to provide a grading service to educators.

4. AI and third-party services

Gradeio uses third-party AI inference providers (Groq, Anthropic) and cloud services (Vercel, Turso, Azure, Resend) to operate. Use of these services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which lists each sub-processor and the data they receive.
